At Canessa, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and with care. Below is all the information you need about how we handle shipping, including timelines, charges, and tracking.

 

 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

 

 

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across India.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

 

 

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

  • Express Shipping (optional): ₹99 (available in select areas)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order value and delivery location.

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted zones.

  • Orders with incomplete addresses or invalid contact details may be delayed or cancelled.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

 

 

Delays and Exceptions

We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but delays can occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions or strikes

  • Natural events or weather conditions

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Unavailability of the recipient

In such cases, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and resolve the issue promptly.

 

 

Undelivered Orders and Reattempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipping fee may apply.
